Bill Andrews is highly regarded for his work in organisational and leadership development.

He has extensive experience in senior leadership and executive consulting roles in Australia and New Zealand, having led the restructure of a number of large organisations, which gives him a unique insight into the leadership of change.

He has demonstrated success in creating sustainable high-performance outcomes, with experience across the resources, science and technology, telecommunications, transport, utilities, banking and finance, and government sectors.

Bill works to help leaders to fulfil their roles more effectively by taking a more strategic approach, improving executive team functioning, and effective change leadership.

Kim Burton

Program Facilitator

Kim Bruton is an organisational development consultant and coach, specialising in employee engagement and leadership. Kim has worked as a mentor and corporate facilitator for more than 12 years across the media, manufacturing, retail, hotel, recruitment, disability and mental health sectors.

Focusing on what she calls ‘the simple art of understanding each other’, Kim takes an effective approach to help streamline and heighten workplace efficiency and cooperation for stronger bottom lines.

A sought after educator in her field, Kim specialises in mental health and prioritises transparency, generosity and clarity in her work.

Emily Douglass

Organisational Psychologist

Emily Douglass is passionate about enabling employees to be the best version of themselves in their professional lives while acknowledging the need to find balance in their personal lives.

An experienced facilitator and coach, Emily enjoys working alongside people to help them achieve their development goals.

Emily began her career as a logistic operations manager, embarking on a career change when she discovered her skill for unlocking human potential. As an organisational psychologist she draws on her first-hand experience of what it means to be a resilient, ethical and effective leader, having led diverse teams while serving in the Australian Army.

Emily has worked with a range of industries, from freight to finance, across all sizes of businesses. Along with the practical application of psychological skills, Emily has
published her research on running effective meetings and presented at conferences her research on maritime safety.

Mick Nash

Safety Leadership Coach

Mick began his working life as a construction worker before studying Industrial Relations as a mature age student at the University of Technology, Queensland graduating in 1994. Mick was most recently Director of Safety and Health on the Cross River Rail Project until beginning his Leadership is a Choice program in 2021. Mick has enjoyed a successful career in Mining and Construction. He has extensive experience and proven success in the fields of Training and Development, Leadership Coaching, Cultural Change and Safety and Health.

Leadership coaching and cultural change are his passion having successfully developed and implemented these programs in major organisations both in Australia and internationally. His leadership programs focus on people who lead at the workplace each day. He also created learning and development programs for organisations from frontline to executive levels being recognised as Employer of the Year for this work.

Mick has the ability of being able to bring people together to achieve business goals across numerous cultures and can prove success at both as an executive manager for operations in Australia, Asia – Pacific, North America and Middle East. He has been involved in highly successful business improvement projects in Australia, Canada and Oman.
