LeadershipHQ wasn’t founded in a boardroom. It was founded in a car park — by a sole parent who’d just collected her fortieth job rejection and decided that if no one would give her a seat at the table, she’d build the table.

That was 2008. The table got bigger. Nearly two decades on, LeadershipHQ has developed more than 5,000 leaders through structured programs and coaching, and reached 100,000 more through keynotes and publications — across seven of Australia’s and the globe’s most demanding industries, from construction sites to audit offices, aged care homes to trading floors, with work delivered across 10 countries.

The founding lesson never changed: leadership is an attitude, not a title. It isn’t granted. It’s built.
