Feros Care is a not-for-profit delivering aged care, disability and health services.
Why it mattered
The point of good culture work is that it keeps running after the consultant leaves.
The challenge
Feros Care wanted mentoring capability that would outlast the engagement — not a program that quietly stopped the day the consultant left.
What we did
In 2023 we designed a six-month mentoring program combining workshops, tailored toolkits and individual coaching, ran a one-day workshop to equip their leaders to mentor properly, then licensed their HR team to deliver the program themselves.
The results
A six-month mentoring program designed, delivered and then handed over
Feros Care’s HR team licensed to run the program independently going forward
