Bartons is a family-owned Brisbane automotive business built on relationships.
The challenge
The question was whether the culture that made the business work would survive the handover to its next generation of leaders.
What we did
Since 2022, we coached twelve existing and emerging leaders, ran group coaching to build alignment, and facilitated team alignment workshops. Leaders practised through action-learning projects and peer mentoring rather than only in the room.
